On Location: The Isle of Skye

Skye’s superb natural environment never fails to impress. For sheer diversity of landscape and quality of light, there can be few places to match “the Winged Isle”. The almost surreal volcanic landforms of the north, the cliffs and headlands of the west, the serrated ridges of the Cuillin Mountains, sea-lochs, waterfalls, harbours, castles - there is subject matter everywhere on this dramatic island, all of it competing for the photographer’s attention.
Accommodation: The Bosville Hotel overlooks the picturesque harbour at Portree. Friendly staff, four-star accommodation and the AA Red Rosette for food excellence will ensure a high level of comfort during our stay on Skye.
Included: All meals, single occupancy of a twin or double room with en-suite facilities, all transport, tolls and ferry charges during the course, individual and group tuition. Insurance is not included.
